Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.S. Parkar

Born on 01-10-1943. Enrolled as an Advocate on 02-07-1968. Passed LL.M. standing first in Bombay University. Practised in the Bombay Small Causes Court, City Civil Court and the High Court in Civil, Criminal and Writ matters on Original and Appellate Sides. Appeared in Sales Tax matters for the State Government. Worked as Public Prosecutor in Bombay High Court from October, 1975 to 1980 and as the Assistant Government Pleader on Original Side from January 1981 to January 1985. Worked as a part-time Professor of Law in Government Law College, Bombay since December, 1973 till June, 1982. Appointed as an Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court for a period of 2 years w.e.f. 15-4-1996 and thereafter as Permanent Judge from April 1998.
