Hon'ble Mr. Justice Suresh Kantilal Shah

Born on 11-05-1945. Enrolled as an Advocate in the month of March 1969 with the Maharashtra Bar Council. Practised in Civil work at Dhule. Appointed as Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class on 02-04-1974. Promoted as Civil Judge Senior Division in the month of December 1982. Promoted as an Additional District and Sessions Judge, in the month of August 1983. Appointed as Deputy Secretary, Law and Judiciary Department, Mantralaya between January 1988 and May 1990. Appointed as a Judge, City Civil Court, Bombay from December 1990 to September 1994. Appointed as Joint District Judge and Additional Sessions Judge, Pune between October 1994 and October 1997. Appointed as Principal Secretary(RLA), Law and Judiciary Department from October 1997 to September 1999. Appointed as Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court on 27-09-1999. Due to retire on 11-05-2007.
