Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sakharam Gopalrao Mahajan

Born on 02-11-1942. Enrolled as an Advocate of the Bombay High Court in June 1967. Mainly practised in the Civil, Criminal and Revenue cases. Appointed as Civil Judge Junior Division and J.M.F.C. in the month of March 1972 and promoted as Civil Judge Senior Division in June 1982 and was promoted as an Additional District Judge and Additional Sessions Judge in the month of August 1983 and further promoted as District and Sessions Judge in the month of June 1990. On deputation as Joint Secretary to Government Law and Judicial Department, Nagpur. From June 1997 to September 1999 as a District and Sessions Judge, Dhule on repartriation. Appointed as Permanent Judge in the Bombay High Court with effect from 27-09-1999. Due to retire on 02-11-2004.
