Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.B. Mhase

Born on 28.10.1947. He completed his school and college education at Ahmednagar Pune and Satara. He started practice at Ahmednagar after obtaining the Law Degree from Pune in 1971 and later in Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad. He shifted to Aurangabad in the year 1988 after the constitution of the High Court Bench. He pracised mainly in Civil, Co-operative Labour, Constitutional side. He worked as Part time Lecturer in Law College, Ahmednagar during the period 1975-80. Worked as the Legal Adviser for the Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar from 1984 to 1991, for Ahmednagar District Central Co-operative Bank and Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Ahmednagar. He was a Member of Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa since 1991 till elevation. Associated with so many social and educational institutions. He has been elevated as a Judge of the Bombay High Court from Bar on 15.4.1996.
