Hon'ble Mr. Justice S. Banerjea

M.A., LL.B. - Born on 7th December, 1941. He was enrolled as an Advocate on 15th December, 1967. Designated as Senior Advocate from 13th August, 1991. Mostly practised before the High Court at Calcutta and occasionally before the Supreme Court in Constitutional, Writ, Civil, Criminal, Labour, Company, Service, Education, Matrimonial and Arbitration matters, Appointed permanent Judge in the Calcutta High Court from 17th December, 1992.
