Hon'ble Mr. Justice P.B. Gaikwad

Born on  8th  July  1944.    Had  his  school  and college Education at Osmanabad and Law degree  from  Law  College, Pune.  Enrolled  as  a  Member  of  the  Bar  Council  of Maharashtra and Goa in the year 1970. He has worked on Civil and Criminal sides and appeared  in number of cases. Selected  for  the post of the District and Sessions Judge in the year 1989 and worked  on  probation  as  Additional District and Sessions Judge at Nanded and Wardha and since February  1992  worked  as  District and Sessions Judge at  various  places  including  Wardha,  Amaravati,  Beed  and  Solapur.    He was Additional Registrar at High Court of Judicature of  Bombay, at Bombay so also its Bench at Aurangabad.He has also worked as  Principal  Judge,  City  Civil  and Sessions Court, Greater Bombay. Sworn  as  Additional  Judge  of  the Bombay High Court on  23.12.2002.
