• Born on 10/06/1945.

• Graduated in Law in the year 1967 from Lucknow University.

• Served as Jt. Secretary (Law) in U.P. Public Service Commission, Allahabad from Apr.'1985 to Jul.'1989, as Jt. Secretary & Jt. L.R. in Government of U.P., Lucknow from Aug.',1989 to Aug.'1994,  Attached to High Court at Lucknow Bench, Lucknow from Aug.'1994 to Oct.'1994 and as Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar from Oct.'94 to Apr.'95. Served also as District & Session Judge at Nainital from Apr.'95 to Jul.'97, Agra from Jul.'97 to Aug.'99 and Meerut from Aug'99 till elevation to Bench.

• Appointed in P.C.S.(J) in the year 1970 and promoted in Higher Judicial Service in the year 1981. Promoted as District & Sessions Judge in April 1995.

• Elevated as permanent Judge on 05/07/2002.

• Due to retire on 09/06/2007.
