Hon'ble Chief Justice Nauvdip Kumar Sodhi

Born at Lahore (Now in Pakistan) on 29.11.1943 .
Educated at St. Edward's School, Shimla, Government Senior Model School, Chandigarh and Government College for Boys, Chandigarh.
Enrolled on 29.03.1967 and started practice in Civil and Constitutional Side, Labour Laws, Company Law, Tax Laws, Transport Laws etc. in the High Court of Chandigarh and in the Supreme Court at New Delhi.
Was member of Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association, Chandigarh.
Appointed as permanent Judge of Punjab and Haryana High Court on 15.03.1991.
Transferred to Judge High Court of Kerala on 24.11.2003.
Assumed charge as Acting Chief Justice of Kerala on 22-01-2004 and
sworn-in as Chief Justice of Kerala on 05-04-2004.
Due to retire on 29-11-2005.
