• Born on 01/03/1944.

• Post Graduated in Arts in the year 1964 from Lucknow University and passed LL.B. in the year 1966 from Lucknow University. Passed in Diploma Courses in Labour Laws, French Language and Public Administration.

• Served as Jt. Secretary & Jt. L.R. in Government of U.P., Lucknow from Dec.'1987 to Nov'1996, as Spl. Secretary & Addl. L.R. in Government of U.P., Lucknow from Nov.'1996 to Jul.'1997 and Principal Secretary (Judicial) & L.R. in Government of U.P., Lucknow from Oct.'1997 to Jul.'2002.

• Appointed in P.C.S.(J) in the year 1970 and promoted in Higher Judicial Service in the year 1982. Posted as District & Sessions Judge in 1997.

• Elevated as permanent Judge on 05/07/2002.

• Due to retire on 28/02/2006.
