The Hon'ble Mr. Justice Narayan Chandra Sil, B.A., LL.M. - Born on 2nd November,1943. Joined West Bengal Civil Service (Judicial) in 1971. Worked as Probationary Munsif, Alipore, South 24 Paraganas; Additional District and Sessions Judge, Midnapore; Registrar of West Bengal Human Rights Commission; District and Sessions Judge, North 24 Paraganas; Special Secretary Judicial Department, Government of West Bengal; Principal Secretary, Law Department, Government of West Bengal. Elevated to Bench as Judge, Calcutta High Court on 18.5.2001.
