Hon'ble Mr. Justice K.S. Radhakrishnan

Born on 15^th May, 1949 , Justice K.S.Radhakrishnan had his early education at St.Thomas High School, Keezhillam and thereafter at St.Alberts' College, Ernakulam. Justice Radhakrishnan, after obtaining the LL.B. Degree from the Ernakulam Law College he continued to obtain higher distinctions in the legal field.  He passed the LL.M. Degree Examination of the Cochin University in Constitutional and Administrative Law.  Thereafter, he obtained the Diploma in Constitutional and Administrative Law  of the Institute of Constitutional and Parliamentary Studies at New Delhi.  He also conducted research at the Indian Institute of Law on Administrative Tribunals and Judicial Review under the guidance of Dr. A.S.N. Jain.  He has been a guest Lecturer in Cochin University and the Editor of the Kerala Law Journal.  After enrolling in 1973, he started his practice at Ernakulam, along with his father  Sri.C.K.Sivasankara Panicker, a senior lawyer of the High Court. He has been Standing Counsel of the Cochin University, and several public sector institutions like State Bank of India, State Trading Corporation, Kerala State Co-operative Rubber Marketing Federation etc.  He was appointed as judge of the Kerala High Court on 17-3-1995.

His lordship is the Executive member of Indian Law Institute and he was appointed as a member of  the Narcotic Drugs and Phychotropic Substance Advisory Committee and in administrative charge of the subordinate judiciary of Majeri .
