Hon'ble Mr. Justice J.M. James

Born on 23-04-1945 at Balaramapuram in Thiruvanathapuram.  
School education was at the native place. After school education, joined  the Indian Air Force in 1963 and served till 1978. During this period obtained post graduate degree and law degree from Bhopal University.
Started practice at Thiruvananthapuram courts from 1978. 
Became District Judge in 1988 and served as such at Alappuzha, Manjeri, Kasargod and Kottayam. 
Worked as Legislative Secretary from 1992 to 1996. 
Appointed as Additional Judge of the High Court of Kerala on 09-09-2002
Due to retire on 23-04-2007.
