Born in July 1943. Passed B.A. (Hons), B.L. Joined Judicial Service in 1972. Promoted to the rank of Sub-Judge in 1982 and as Additional District & Sessions Judge in 1987. Appointed as District & Sessions Judge at Dumka in May 1996. Transferred to Bhabua in July 1999.Transferred as District & Sessions Judge to Muzaffarpur in November2000.Transferred to Giridih as District & Sessions Judge in March 2001.Worked in various capacities in the Judicial Service appointed and elevated as a permanent Judge of Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi in January 2002.
