Hon'ble Mr. Justice Hemant Laxman Gokhale

Born on 10-03-1949. Practised in Civil, Constitution, Labour and Service Laws and specialised in Industrial and Service matters. Worked as an Assistant Government Pleader to the State of Maharashtra in the Bombay High Court on the Original and Appellate Side during 1984-1989. Worked as part time Professor of Law at the Government Law College, Bombay from 1977-1984. Appointed as an Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court from 20-01-1994 and transferred to the Gujrat High Court from 04-02-1994. Appointed permanent Judge on 23-01-1995, Transferred to the Bombay High Court on 25-02-1999. Due to retire on 10-03-2011.
