• Born on 03/09/1942.

• Post Graduated in Commerce in the year 1963 from Allahabad University and passed LL.B. in the year 1966 from Allahabad University.

• Enrolled as an advocate in the year 1967 in Uttar Pradesh Bar Council, Allahabad.

• Practised in the area Civil Side for about 2 years in the District Court, Bulandshahar.

• Served as Director in Institute of Judicial Training & Research, Lucknow, U.P. from May',1999 to Sep.'2002.

• Appointed in P.C.S.(J) in the year 1970 (April) and promoted in Higher Judicial Service in the year 1981. Promoted in the year 1995 as District & Sessions Judge.

• Elevated as Additional Judge on 21/12/2002.

• Due to retire on 02/09/2004.
