Hon'ble Dr. Justice B.S. Chauhan

• Born on 02/07/1949.

• Graduated in Law in the year 1974 from Banaras Hindu University

• Enrolled as an Advocate in April 1974.

• Practised in Supreme Court and Delhi High Court in Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Taxes and Services Matters.

• Worked as Counsel for the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Supreme Court and Standing Counsel for NOIDA in Supreme Court and Delhi High Court.

• Elevated as permanent Judge of the Allahabad High Court on 05/04/1995. Transferred to Rajasthan High Court on 19/07/1997.. Again transferred to Allahabad High Court on 13/03/2003.

• Due to retire on 01/07/2011.
