Hon'ble Mr. Justice Bilal Nazki

Honble Sri Justice Bilal Nazki was born on 18^th November, 1947 at Srinagar, State of Jammu and Kashmir, India.  Obtained Law degree from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh in 1973 and joined Bar at Srinagar.  Practised in the High Court as well as in the Subordinate Courts on Original and Appellate side.  Also appeared before the Honourable Supreme Court.  Worked as the Legal Advisor to various State Government undertakings.  Served as Lecturer in faculty of Law in the Kashmir University for some time.  Became Deputy Advocate General of Jammu and Kashmir State in 1986 for some time and became Advocate General of the State of Jammu and Kashmir from January, 1992 and remained as such till elevated as an Additional Judge of the Jammu & Kashmir High Court on 6^th January, 1995, was also member of Delimitation commission constituted under Jammu & Kashmir Representation of Peoples Act for the purpose of delimiting Assembly constituencies in Jammu & Kashmir.  Was Sworn-in as Judge of that Court w.e.f. 11^th December, 1995.  Was transferred to Andhra Pradesh High Court a w.e.f. 15^th October, 1997.
