Hon'ble Mr. Justice Aloysius Stanilaus Aguiar

Born on 8th October, 1943.  Completed education in Bombay. Graduated from St. Xavier's College.  Graduated in Law from K.C. Law College, Bombay. Enrolled as an Advocate on the list of Bar Council of Maharashtra on 14-8-1969.  Practised in Civil as well as Criminal las in High Court, Bombay, City Civil & Sessions Court, Bombay as also in Small Causes Court, Bombay.  Qualified as an Attorney of the Bombay High Court in APril, 1976.  Registered as a Solcitor of Supreme Court of England and Wales in May, 1983.  Appointed as Judge, Bombay City CIvil Court & Addl. Sessions Judge, Greater Bombay w.e.f 11-9-1987. Elevated as 1st Addl. Principal Judge, Bombay City CIvil Court & Addl. Sess. Judge, Bombay w.e.f.  5-7-1996.  Elevated as Principal Judge, City CIvil & Sess. Court, Bombay w.e.f. 26.7.1996.  Appointed  as an Additional Judge, High Court, Bombay w.e.f. 28.3.2001.
