                                                             Graduated from Mulund College of Commerce
                                                             Law graduation from K.C. Law College, Mumbai

     Date of Enrollment :                  10th February, 1982

     Working Experience :        i)  Appointed as Government Advocate for the State of
                                                           Maharashtra, Supreme Court of India, in October 1985
                                                           and continued till December, 1989.

                                                      ii)  Handled important matters on behalf of Union of India
                                                            as  Panel Counsel from January, 1990.

                                                     iii)  Advocate for Election Commission of India in Supreme
                                                            Court of India since March, 1995.
                                                      iv)  Advocate for various statutory authorities and
                                                            Corporations in  Supreme Court of  India

                                                       v)  Executive member of the Supreme Court  Bar
                                                             Association as Joint Secretary and Executive
                                                             member of the Supreme Court Advocates on
                                                             record Association.

                                                     vi)  Had wide range of exposure in Civil, Criminal, Election and
                                                            Constitutional matters in the High Court, Bombay till 1984
                                                            and thereafter in the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi.

           Appointed as the Additonal Judge of the Bombay High Court on 29-03-2000.
