Hon'ble Mr. Justice Abdul Mateen

• Born on 14/12/1951.

• Graduated in Arts in the year 1973 from Lucknow University and passed LL.B. in the year 1976 from Lucknow University.

• Enrolled as an advocate in the year 1976 in Uttar Pradesh Bar Council, Allahabad.

• Practised in Civil Courts and High Court at Lucknow in Civil, Criminal Constitutional and Service matters.

• Worked as Standing Counsel for the Council of Science & Technology, Government of Uttar Pradesh and Counsel for the Railways.

• Appointed as Additional Government Advocate, U.P. in the year 1984 and continued to work till elevation.

• Elevated as permanent Judge on 21/12/2002.

• Due to retire on 13/12/2013.
