The Hon'ble Mr. Justice Asit Kumar Bisi, M.A., L.L.B- Born on 10th November 1943. Joined West Bengal Civil Service (Judicial) on 10th February 1971. Promoted to Higher Judicial Service on 28th August,1989. Worked as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coochbehar, First Additional District and Sessions Judge, South 24 Paraganas Alipore, Adviser (Law) West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation on deputation. Posted as District and Sessions Judge, Hooghly and thereafter as Judge, IVth Bench, City Civil and Sessions Court, Calcutta. Worked as Legal Remembrancer, West Bengal from 2.12.1999 to 17.5.2001. Elevated to Bench as Judge, Calcutta High Court on 18.5.2001.
